Ekta Kapoor's latest venture Ragini MMS was recently completed. Now the news is if the movie was inspired by Hollywood blockbuster 'Paranormal Activity'. Ekta rather agrees with this saying that the horror flick has used the similar technique of shooting. The low-budget movie 'Paranormal Activity' was a highly successful movie, which is about a couple living in an evil-spirit haunted house. Ekta's Ragini MMS is also about a young couple who spend a weekend in a haunted house.
"We are inspired by the medium of Paranormal Activity. The technique, the way the film was done. They were the grab footage (shot by multiple cameras from various angles), the real grab-footage. Paranormal Activity 1 apparently had all grab footage. Paranormal Activity 2 has no real footage," Ekta Kapoor says.
The movie has been shot with 24 cameras to bring in the feel of horror and thrill. Besides, some of the shots in the movie are also reported to be undergoing some changes.
