2 serving spoons dosa batter, 2 eggs, 1 onion, 2 tablespoon chopped coriander, ½ teaspoon red chilly powder, 2 teaspoons oil and salt to taste.

HOW TO PREPARE: -
Take a bowl and add the egg. Finely chop the onion and add that to the egg. Put in the coriander, red chilly powder and salt. Beat the egg well till all the ingredients blend well and there should be no lumps. Take a no-stick tava and bring to heat. When the tava is hot add one serving spoon dosa batter. Spread it all around the tava with a flat bottomed round spoon. Then pour half the egg mixture and with a flat spoon spread it all over the dosa. Pour one teaspoon oil around the dosa and cook for a minute or till the egg is done. Now flip over and cook for 30 seconds and remove from flame. Serve hot with some onion chutney. Do the same with the remaining ingredients.
