IPL 4: Match No.29, CSK vs PW, Pune restricts Chennai to 142

Pacer Jerome Taylor took 3/30 for Sahara Pune Warriors as the Chennai Super Kings were restricted to 142/6 in match 29 of IPL-4 at the M Chidambaram stadium on Monday.

Earlier, CSK skipper MS Dhoni and Michael Hussey fell towards the end of the innings in an effort to accelerate.

Alfonso Thomas struck twice in one over for Pune Warriors to peg back the Super Kings.
Chennai openers Murali Vijay and Michael Hussey started off well after Yuvraj Singh, skipper of Pune won the toss and elected to bowl.

Defending Champions Chennai, who went down to the Mumbai Indians in their previous fixture will be looking to get back to winning ways. CSK have lost two of their five matches in the competition so far.

Newcomers Pune Warriors India on the other hand have given a reasonably good account of themselves in the competition, winning two of their four games. Like Chennai they also came up second best in their last match against Mumbai.
