Blackberries,Blueberries,Raspberries, Strawberries,cranberries, Plums,Orange,Avocados,Cherries,Red apples,Red grapes.

Vegetables:
Kale,Spinach,Brussels sprouts,Alfalfa sprouts,Broccoli,Beets,Red bell pepper,Onion.

B Vitamins:
Brewers or Nutritional yeast,Nuts and seeds ,Legumes,Wheat germ,Dairy product,Lean meat and poultry,seafood eggs,Whole grains,Spinach and leafy greens,carrot,Broccoli.

Omega 3 fatty acid:Salmon,sardines,Bluefish,herring,Tuna.

Antioxidants are more effective in the form of real food as opposed to taking supplement.
