Dust mites are one of the biggest cause of allergies.
Dust mites are microscopic insects that breed in household dust.


How to limit the amount of mites in your house:

-Choose wood or hard vinyl floor covering instead of a carpet

-Fit roller binds that can be easily wiped clean.

-Clean cushions,soft toys and curtains,upholstered Furniture regularly by washing or vacuuming

-Use synthetic pillows and acrylic duvets instead of woollen blankets or feather blankets.

-You should wipe surface with a damp,clean cloth as dry dusting can spread the allergens further.
