While fans are gearing up to celebrate his birthday in a grand manner on December 12, Superstar Rajinikanth did it in a simple way on Monday attending the anniversary function of the school founded by Latha Rajinikanth. And the one who cut the cake along with Rajini was Bollywood big gun Dharmendra, one of the guests of the event, whose birthday falls on December 8. As the two top actors cut the cake, audience couldn't control their excitement and expressed it with loud cheers.
Speaking on the occasion, Dharmendra referred Rajini and Latha as his siblings. He also expressed happiness that his wife and ace Bollywood actress Hemamalini was honoured by Latha at the function.

Students of the school presented cultural programmes which included songs from 'Endhiran', the Superstar's latest hit. Others who took part were Shankar, Dhanush, Rajasulochana, Aishwarya, Soundarya, Ashwin, Esha Deol, S Venkatraghavan, Vietnam Veedu Sundaram and K Viswanath.
