Even as Superstar Rajinikanth announced his next project Friday late evening, a buzz was doing rounds in film circles that Kamal Haasan has also made a decision on his forthcoming venture. "The film will be directed by Selvaraghavan, who impressed the Ulaga Nayagan long back. It will go on floors once the director completes his upcoming movie Irandam Ulagam," say sources.
"It is a novel and interesting script and both are excited to work together. Selvaraghavan considers this as a bumper prize. In all probability, he will start the project by March," they add.
Remember Kamal Haasan's last release was 'Manmadhan Ambu', which hit the screens during the fag end of 2010. "The actor's new project with Selva is expected to have a late 2011 release."
